I think his best was in twilight, more father figure but yet older looking, and I actually think as the movies went, seemed to have appeared younger. in the last two pictures, he looks ten times younger than in the first.

I like the initial Twilight one best. The last two — I finally figured out why he does not look right. It’s not just hair. His face is sunk in. It looks like he’s lost a great deal of weight. Perhaps this was during his break-up?

In the first PICTURE he looks the best, however in the movie the make-up was just plain horrible, paper white and fake! I say the new moon version is one of my favorites not to say my favorite! The last two movies aren’t that bad, just different, they’re trying to make him look younger!

It just breaks my heart that Carlisle’s hair is ALL downhill after
Twilight. WHY?! I loved his look in Twilight…I wish the fans had been
able to vote for their hairstyles…could have saved them a lot of
embarrassment lol

Carlisle looks the best in New Moon by far! The Breaking Dawn hairstyle is awful.
