Rob was spotted at LAX today(27 April). Some are saying he was with George Clooney and were headed for Washington DC to meet Obama at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner…??

    A Correspondent’s Dinner?   As in media?   Will this be a platform to discuss the paps?  Both he and George Clooney (especially after the death of Princess Diana) have been vocal against the paps.

    The correspondents dinner is usually a fun evening for the politico and the legitimate press.  I doubt that it would be a venue for vocalizing against paps.  However I think it would be a good move for Rob to establish for credibility as a mature actor to travel in the “non-teen” circles.  It would be to his benefit to widen his sphere to include the likes of Clooney, Pitt, Damon etc.  He has very real acting talent,  a terrific personality and persona but now needs to be taken seriously.  I think that it would be a shame and a waste for him to be pigeon-holed as a teen heart-throb only.
