I agree that most everything out there, in the media is fabricated and twisted, to continue the story so the mags. can keep making money at the expense others.

Happens every day. Coaches, teachers, professors, and employers; they all use their position of authority to get what they want. They are predators and know what to say and how to manipulate. Furthermore, any female over 30 knows how vunerable, young and stupid you were at 22. My (ex)husband was a coach/teacher and always waited until the girl turned 18, before making his move, (And, still does!) I found out about all the other girls after I caught him with a 20 year old girl. I hold him fully responsible, because she was a gullible girl who fell for his “we are soul-mates” bull sh**. And, we do live in a double standard world. My ex never got in any trouble for messing with his students, but if it was me, I’d be crucified in the news and rotting away in prison for the rest of my life while Lifetime made a movie about the pervet-woman teacher and her student. It’s a double standard world, ladies. In the end, I do hope Kristen and Rob work it out, but I would like to punch Rupert Sanders in the face for causing this turmoil. I can guarantee Kristen is NOT the first for him. Call it experience speaking. I know Kristen knew better, but she learned the hard way; for every action, there is a consequence.

I hope Rob, keeps it at, I don’t talk about my private life. If he says anymore than that, it will only invite more questions.

So true. I am surprised that your ex didn’t get fired for getting involved with students, even if they were 18, that just isn’t right, its an abuse of position for sure. I know I didn’t have good sence where men were concerned til I was 30 also. I remember Rob saying in an interview for Twilight, he said nice guys finish last.

I totally agree. Heartbreak does not heal overnight. And, anyone with eyes could see how much he loved her. I think the reason we “older” twi-family members are dwelling on this is because, most of us know the feeling of being cheated on. It sucks and takes what seems like forever to get over. But, we also understand that at 22, stupid happens.
