*Bangs head against computer over and over again*

    That is all…. lol

  • lovinggrandmother

Why are you banging your head against the computer its not worth it MR is at what you call an impass- she is having trouble putting this particular scene into prospective and still keep it presentable to the younger generation, and keep to the books- she knows what peoples opinions are she reads these blogs just as much as we do. So, does SM they just don't publicize it. And an interview is edited alot to cause speculaton too. Dont hurt yourself about it.

    already started.

There are things I don't want to see either…

I do want to see: Jacob pleading for her to hold on, Bella's body contort as Ren is breaking her ribs & spine, Edward break his fingers, CPR, Bella puke blood (sorta), Rosalie try to cut womb – can't – then freaks out on blood, Taylor throw Rose and Alice drag her away, Bella holding Ren & being bitten (don't show me boob though), Edward bite her, then Bella black out with boys yelling background fading to her telling us about the pain…BAM, end movie!

I just read some more of the comments made about age , and as far as age goes, I am way over 40 and glad that I can enjoy something as phenomenal as the Twlight Saga and actually enjoy them to the extent that I do.

My fav 7 perfect moments…Now that would be a perfect birthday present on 7 oct:))

  • http://ingerasultau7.weblog.ro/ Diana

She was? She did? I didn’t know this…
I felt the exact way…The scene would have had a lot more potency if Edward would have kept his icy, dangerous self. I mean, come on, the one in the book was perfect…WHY on earth did they change that? It wasn’t even an issue of compression…the scene was individually filmed and they could have done it so much better…
That was among my very few disappointments because the rest of it was amazing

Oh no :( It always feels like such a waste of life, that must have been terrible :( . Yes, this and rob interviews, and my RL friends.. :)

While I know most people hate her with a passion… she writes for a show called Dexter (i know, most of you already know that, but for those who don't) and Dexter is pretty grusome…. but when you really think about it.. the worst stuff on that show is what they don't show but rather they elude to it….I'm sure it will be okay guys.

She should ask the fans when in doubt…
We can be very professional and objective, UNLIKE HER, quote: “some aspects that SHE just doesn’t want to see”.
Thank God Stephenie is on board with this one

Does anyone else wish that we could of had more couply type moments with Edward and Bella? Like them curled up watching a movie, or going out and doing something fun, or maybe celebrating Christmas. I know that these types of scenes really weren't in the books, but if MR could add scenes in Twilight that weren't in the book (i.e. the field trip scene) than she could always have created alternate scenes, but keep some of the original dialogue.

  • jgrey

Okay, she doesn't say she's struggling to write the scene, she says she's writing and rewriting it. All scripts are written and rewritten so many times before the final shooting script and even then, there are rewrites during filming. An she said it's “ultimatly what he wants to see” meaning Bill Condon the director, because he will make the decisions on how it's filmed despite what the script description is (within the parameters on the rating of the film he is given by the producers). And when a writer has a director working with them while they are writing as she does, the director usually wins.

And Stephenie has been there and given all 3 directors so far “notes” and feedback on what they were filming so she's been fine with how they've turned out. So I don't see how it'll be any different now that she's be there for this one too. Just my 2 cents.

  • lovinggrandmother

That said good point, thats what I tried to say earlier but everyone just keeps obsessing about MR. and her writing abilities, ultimately the director has the final say. Like I said and some other have said reread the book and if you don't like what is in the book or the movie then don't bother.

    I'm just not gonna comment.

  • Moblander94

Look,You should not have changed my comment because that was how I felt on the matter. But I didnt intend to bash on people in their fourties in general.just the ones who get off to all that sick stuff.I agree with many of you.All you above fourty twi fans are pretty witty when it comes to your comments, and I enjoy reading them. Its only when I read things like, “Seeing Edward eat his way through the placenta has GOT to be in there…Im getting hot just think about it.” That were posted by grown women…thats when I get a lillte disturbed.I in no way wanted to offend any of you.Im hoping to one day reach the bog 4-0 one day myself. That is,if you all will let me live that long. ;)

Yes, it’s going to take a very long time to get past this initial shock and sadness, but trying to get back into the daily joys of every day will eventually come. This site has helped me tremendously, as well as my FB and RL friends and family. Distractions help. And I’m learning to smile and laugh again…slowly but surely.

I noticed that too, that she molded well with Taylor. They’re kiss was the best (IMO) in Eclipse. But, in the books, Edward has to be gentle with her, soooo, it could be how their kissing supposed to be? Until BD??? But, then again, they smothered each others lips in Italy…aw heck…I don’t know…lol

  • Lizzaaay

i reckon they should just stick to the book!!! :o )

  • NO 3D for BD :)Rileward<3

this better just be a temoprary thing !!

  • Drmsforus

why is it so hard to write this…here a crazy ideal read the book it can give u clue..now please talk about somthing beside brith and sex sence we are big kids here

  • nancie

I just hope that if MR is involved in this scene she does it correctly because really I haven't liked much of what she's done in the last 3 films. She's a good screen writter as of what I've seen on Dexter but she doesn't fit with Twilight whatsoever. I just hope she doesn't ruin these last two films or I will be so bummed out for sure!!!!!!!!!!

  • CirraPattinson

I kind of agree with Melissa (don't kill me) I actually don't remember Edward biting the baby out to be honest…that's not the important part…

I remember him biting her AFTER the baby was out so aggressively to save her…I think that part was so beautiful ; that's when you REALLY see how much he absolutely loves her and what extremes he'll go to to save her. I never really got that in new moon because he just took the easy way out and tried suicide when she had “died”. You really see the effort here though. It's amazing.

Another thing I'm anticipating is how Rob is going to pull off the “burning man” face. It was so gutwrenching to read in the books! I hope it comes off good on screen!

  • Twilight_a_drug_2_me

I agree about the odsessing, because if we keep up what we all want and then when the movie gets released, some will be obsessively disappointed!

  • Stacey

    WFE pics?

  • Yngtxchristian31

I totally agree, The thing about Twilight that irritated me was that it didn’t seem to follow the book at all. I mean, the basic story was there, but come on! SO MANY of the important aspects of the book were gone. Luckily New Moon was a little closer, and Eclipse closer than that. Fingers crossed that BD 1 and 2 will be spot on. unfortunately they are just hellbent on sticking to this pg13 crap.

  • mari

can't wait to see this movie!!!!!! but i would prefer if edward didn't bite the pillows… i think it's a little gay

  • Christina Ware

The book isn't rated PG-13….So please don't mangle the movie to make it PG-13…It's all been leading up to this point and Breaking Dawn was a great book and the love and pain talked about in the book should definitely be in the movie it made the book and it will make the movie if you let it..
