Kristen Stewart looks absolutely amazing on the cover of the June 2012 ELLE UK magazine!

Since the day we revealed that Stewart would star on the cover of our June issue, through the well-documented shoot in Los Angeles and all the hints sprinkled along the way, you’ve been so patient with us. Thanks for that.

The long wait is over. Feast your eyes on our June 2012 cover. Note the spring-ready Jil Sander ensemble, the sleek ‘60s-inspired hair, the ice-blue gaze… it’s totally Kristen, right?

The June issue marks Stewart’s second time as ELLE cover star.  Since appearing on the July 2010 cover, the actress has risen to new heights of acclaim and adulation.

The issue hits newsstands on Wednesday 2 May. Before then, we’ll release an exclusive trailer for Snow White and the Huntsman. The behind-the-scenes video features an interview with Stewart, so follow us on Twitter @ELLEUK to make sure you’re the first to hear about it.

    I’m not sure where to post this — and this may be OLD news to y’all — but Amazon.com is taking pre-orders for New Moon:  The Graphic Novel, Vol. 1.

    In the book, when Edward left her he was crueler than in the movie.  Also, in the book, Bella is supposed to look WORSE than what she did in the movie — ashen, and she lost a lot of weight.   Maybe it will show that in the graphic novel.  Have you ever seen the movie ‘Somewhere in Time’ with Christopher Reeve?  You remember how he looked at the end of the movie when they found him sitting staring out the window?  He looked like a zombie.  That’s how I always envisioned Bella looking as she was deep in her grief.

    “Somewhere in Time” is my favorite movie!  When I was in college my best friend and I would give the guys we dated the Somewhere in Time test.  In other words, they had to watch the video with us and had to “appreciate it”!  Any mocking, meant, “you’re outta here, you insensitive male jerk!”  Just like making fun of Twilight movies, “don’t even think about it!”

     ryder, I LOVE that!   It’s one of my favorites too!   I have the soundtrack too!   The music was perfect.   So many Olympic skaters were skating to the music.  I’m still looking for the screencap of him sitting in front of that window.

    Ditto!  I wore out my cassette of the soundtrack years ago, and my daughter, who is turning 22 in June, bought me the CD.  She’s a fan of the movie, too!  She got me hooked on Twilight and Harry Potter and I got her hooked on 80s classics like The Breakfast Club, 16 Candles, Pretty in Pink and Somewhere in Time.  I just found out a friend of mine has never seen Somewhere in Time, so I had the DVD sent to her about 2 wks ago.   Another favorite of mine is Meet Joe Black with Brad Pitt.  Did you know that Chris Reeves was supposed to be Joe Black, but had his horseback riding accident a few weeks before shooting, so they put the movie off for several years!  Sorry!  Old habit.  I used to be a middle school language arts teacher, and movie trivia was a favorite thing to do for a few minutes in my classes.

     ryder – I found some photos but got them the hard way.  Had to go to YouTube and pause and then use snipping tool and save to a photo.   This is how I thought Bella may have looked — zombie like — in New Moon.
