Click on the iPad download link below the picture you like to bring it full screen in Safari. Tap and hold on the picture till a menu with “Save Image” comes up. Then go to the “Photos” app and find your downloaded picture. With your downloaded picture full screen in the “Photos” app click on the button in the upper right that looks like a rectangle with an arrow coming out of it to the right of the “Slideshow” button. Pick the options “Use as Wallpaper.”
