    Rented Bel Ami tonight.  It is awesome!!! I’m so proud of Robert.  He really went against his polite respectful gentleman self and played his part well.  How he could ever doubt his talet is beyond me………….onward and upward Robert!!!! You done good my dear.

    I want to see Rob play the major a-hole, off topic I cannot express how much I loved SWATH! that movie was epic and I’m offically on the Snow White and Hunstman shipper band wagon though there were parts of the movie that echoed Twilight, especially with the APPLE!

    hiya Edwards Nana long time no see.
    I hope you get this mesage soon because I want to tell you that I also finally got to see Bel Ami on Friday at an unknown independent movie theater in New York it was a hard task but I did it. And let me tell you I loved it it was so worth waiting two long exhausting years he played his role as a dastardly womanizing scum so perfectly and convincing I believed that I could love and hate him at the same time. Brilliant! :)
    And also I hope you saw Snow white and the huntsman, i thought it was a really brilliant film and Kristen was so fantastic as Snow white she really was.

    The dark forest also had a slight reminescence to Twilight because of the blue tintness.
    And as for the movie itself i agree I loved it too. It wasn’t just about taking a classic well known fairy  tale in a dark twist, the movie was also in some strange way correct me if i am wrong but the movie also explores the complexities of the human spirit. i mean for example look at charleze’s character as Queen Ravana when you really look at her she is a very tragically misunderstood character. The reason why she is so wicked and cruel is because she had a very traumatic past on losing her mother and men around her were always so cruel and that they only use her because she is beaituiful.  Even the huntsman he is pretty much more than just a really handsome stud muffin he suffers the loss of his wife and wallows away by becoming an alcoholic but then he changes and grows to be alot more stronger and bold when he meets snow white. And then with Snow white you have a character whose very transitional she starts off an innocent, meek young teenager having her life behind bars shut out from the world then as the movie goes on when she meets the huntsman and the dwarves she changes and becomes a much stronger, independent, empowred woman brave enoough to fight and be rid of Ravenna’s reign of terror. So when you think about we sort of feel like we can connect to these characters in a very real way, not too many movies can do that to you.
    Ok i am probably going on alot more than im suppose, but anyway i hope you see this post. Nice talking to you.

    Morons are complaining that they didn’t get the end, Hello I did, the look the Huntsman and Snow White gave each other spoke volumes, I do feel sorry for William, he spent his whole life regretting leaving Snowy behind even though he was just a boy.

    Another shout out to Twilight was the cliff diving

    The snowy landscape took me back to Eclipse, lol  I swear I kept a look out for Victoria but all in good fun

    Question the girl who was cast as Greta was she the girl who Rob marries in Bel-Ami? cause they look alike,  I thought William was hot but at the end the only thing Snowy felt for him was friendship.

    Bring on the sequel for sure!

    Thanks Lill, I had to ask cause they look alike, now another historical moment, Charlize and Kristen in a fight that once was done only by men, all I can say is You go girls!

    But guess what I saw at my Cobb theater? the poster for Breaking Dawn 2, Bella’s poster. Let me tell you I almost had an attack when I saw the Summit logo before the showing of SWATH thinking it was the BD2 trailer, it turned out it was for another flick.

    Miranda, my dear, I have missed you.  So happy you were able to se Bel Ami and SWATH.  I too have seen them both.  I am very proud to say, I am a devoted and loyal fan of Robert & Kristen.  They are such talented young people and it has been fun watching.  It has also been a joy to see the two of them protect their feelings for one another.  That’s pretty hard to do when everyone wants a peice of you. Hugs!

    and also although very different topic here i have indulged over the last three hours watching my favorite award show the tonys and it was fun and this really great musical that is out called “once” was winnign loads of awards including best musical and let me tell u it is one of my favorite musicals ever bc the story and the jusic is so emotonally driven and beautiful i cant stay away from it. i even pictured the leadding man as rob bcc he looked like him.:)

    OMG! Loved SWATH! Saw it yesterday with my daughter. We also saw much that reminded us of the Twilight series. From jumping off the cliff (New Moon), to wandering lost in the forest & the shot of her lying on the ground curled up (New Moon), to “dying” and being brought back to life (BD), to the two gorgeous men protecting her and of course the apple. It was a perfect transition for her from the Twilight series to her continuing successful film career. 

    Charlize was deliciously wicked, the Huntsman was deliciously hot, and Kristen was deliciously bad ass! Would love to see a sequel if possible.

    Yeah leave it to our Stewy for having another pair of hunks fighting for her affection.    This idea echoed in a nice lady from Robessed hopefully about the next round of photos this time with both Rob and Kristen promoting the last installament of Breaking Dawn.

    Photogrpah them both in 1920s old Hollywood couple! ala Bonnie & Clyde. Who could resist that!

    Love me some Twilight but, you do realize that the ‘Snow White apple’ came long before the ‘Twilight apple’, yes?….There are about a million movies/ books that use an apple somewhere within. And it’s not a nod to Twilght.
