Bella enjoys ”morning-after” eggs courtesy of new husband Edward on Isle Esme. ”I like the honeymoon scenes,” Robert Pattinson says, ”because it’s such a massive turnaround in Edward and Bella’s relationship.”

Jacob receives his invitation to the wedding. ”He’s still getting over losing out on Bella,” says Taylor Lautner. ”By the end he’s able to accept it and deal with it like a man.”

Fans have waited years to see Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) tie the knot, and the wedding scene, scheduled for the end of production on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, proved to be equally climactic for those involved. “It was one of the coolest things that I’ve done,” says Stewart. “There was a certain point when I walked on set, and I saw everyone from the entire cast sitting there in the pews, about to do their bit. And it was just so perfect for me in that moment. It was so emotional in such a real way. I literally felt like thanking them for coming.”

But filming wasn’t always quite so idyllic. As the stars and director tell EW, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2 (in theaters November 18 and November 2012) involved a grueling, globe-trotting shoot, and scenes far darker, bloodier, and more polarizing than any in the franchise so far. If audiences haven’t matured with the Twilight books, they’re about to grow up fast. “We shot everything — whether it’s the lovemaking or the childbirth — as potent and powerful as it can be,” says director Bill Condon, who knew he was working within the constraints of a PG-13 rating. “It will be interesting to see whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this universe.” For her part, Stewart wishes the movie could have been even truer to the graphic nature of the book — not so much the honeymoon sequence (“It feels like a real love scene, not necessarily vampire-y, which is good”), but the brutal birth of the baby, Renesmee. “It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex,” she says. “The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”

Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob, says that even being a member of the wolf pack didn’t have its privileges. “Everybody is always complaining to me that I don’t have to wear the contacts, I don’t have to wear the white makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I’m like, ‘I’m the one in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt! I paid my dues in New Moon and Eclipse.’” And as for his plot arc in Part 2, which will involve falling for — or imprinting on — Renesmee? “There were many times I walked up to Stephenie [Meyer] and asked her, ‘What exactly is imprinting?’” says Lautner. “It’s still a very confusing thing for me, so don’t ask.”

She wasn’t at the wedding (in the book, so assuming the movie) because she was very p.o.’d about the wolves (and Bella/Edward by association), killing her friend/love Laurent. Irina doesn’t show until Bella spots her on the mountain watching Renesmee leaping about, and assuming she is an immortal child, wherein she heads out to tell the Volturi.

I thought I understood the whole imprinting thing but It’s down right confuse’n… 1st they said it was thought to keep the wolf blood line strong so I thought for sure he was gonna imprint onto Leah or something but noooooo. I always thought that Jacob did alot for The Cullens & with Bella & Edward being married & vamps I finally thought he’d be able to have a life & be happy with them as friends but nooooo she had to make him apart of them forever, it’s jus strange, I don’t really care that Nessie is a baby it’s not like he’s in love with the her I get that part, but a wolf with a half vamp half human, what’s the point of it

I wonder why they darkened Esme’s hair after Twilight. It was such a beautiful carmel color, as was described in the book.

Nessie seems to be happy with her lot in life, she already calls him “My Jacob” & express to Bella how happy she was she didn’t hurt him. Plus we have to think that she’s gonna be an adult in just a few years, so he really doesn’t have that much time to wait for her.

Something about his face looks off. I think it’s the crease around his mouth and his upper lip. It looks as if the pic was snapped at the beginning of a yawn. I don’t like it. Bella looks beautiful though. In The pic where she’s around the plate of food she looks kind of haggard. She has bags under her eyes.

Especially with the face that there seems to be no free will for Renesemee. I wonder if SM continues the series and will bring this to light. She did mention how she wanted to do a spin-off series based on Leah and Nessie’s POV. Maybe Nessie will break the chain and NOT fall for Jacob. I think it would be interesting if Jacob and Leah came together and Nessie and Nahuel came together.

The point of Jacob imprinting on Nessie is so that NO ONE really suffers in the end and no one deals with the consequences of their actions and everyone gets what they want. Like I said, it works for Twilight and it is a beautiful story, but I personally like the “slightly-close-to-happily-ever-after-but-not-quite-with-a-few-casualties-along-the-way” story. But if that had happened in Twilight they all would have ended up dying I suppose. I guess it works. I just want the damn movie already.

Actually none of the Denali sisters have dark hair (excluding Carmen) and Kate is a blonde too! According to her description in both BD and in the Official Guide her hair color is pale blonde. Irina is also cited as having pale blonde hair and Tanya’s hair is strawberry blonde.

I too thought for the longest time that Kate was a brunette for some reason, but the last time I re-read the books a couple months ago I finally noticed the quick description of her appearance at the wedding and that she’s actually blonde. Somehow I’d always missed that part! Go figure.

i think its something that came with the movies and that it was a good addition a more graphic sense that they are a family who are very united and support and love each other…
although i do feel that it should be more elegant with real jewels and no so tacky….

First of all he “didn’t fall in love with a 2 year old.” Imprinting is described in the book as a magnetic force like. He can be her protector, her guardian (if something happens to her parents), her brother, her guide. Then when she grows and can decide what she wants on her own then he’ll be ready to deal with whatever happens.

Just read your comment, great point. I read on the radio the otehr day that Stephanie Meyer might be putting out a book out Jacob and Renesmee thing. So maybe that will explain it better? I to can not completly understand that whole thing either about Edward and SEX!! That is a big loop hole.

Your story of your own IS the explication of imprinting.

I don’t get why everybody don’t see that and automatically think of pedophilia ( I mean people, pedophilia IS bad and wrong, do you really think SM would have written something like that ?)
I don’t see what’s so difficult to see and understand ?
Ok maybe the concept on a baby is difficult to swallow but it’s fantasy and nowhere in the book it is said that Jacob have romantic feeling towards vampire baby…right ?!
The only thing that I think is ewww is the fact that Renesmee is Bella and Edward spawn. Even in soap opera they can’t do cliffhanger like that….

So pleeeease stop misunderstanding that as pedophilia it makes me very incomforting, I’m sure you can said that being imprinted upon and be abused by a pedophile are two different things…right ? (if no I think you need to question yourself)
I know that pure and selfless love is a concept longtime gone but that’s the subject of SM saga (+ weird creatures);
May I remind you that Edward is a century old dead living who doesn’t know if he wants to kill or kiss a human ? (okay okay he’s beautiful, but still…that’s kinda gross and weird and before you shoot me I’m team Switzerland even if I tend to appreciate Jacob’s personality more).

I think that what SM wants to convey in this saga is Love, pure selfless love no matter who or how the delivers are. So yes sometimes you have to think outside the box (faaaar outside) to accept all things that could be Love but it still is Love. And FANTASY. lol

But back to the subject the pictures are soooo great, can’t wait to see the movie and then buy the dvd and then play it again and again and again and again.

I hope that Bill Condon is ruthless and really fights for the film he’s shot. SM is notoriously conservative about this stuff, so I really hope he’s got the guts and the support of Summit to deliver the goods.
