Condon Inserted into the Director Hole of Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Movie, What is Your Opinion? [with Poll, too!]

Back in May, the missing hole in the puzzle of who was going to be part of the Breaking Dawn movie, based on the fourth and currently final book of the Twilight Saga of  author Stephenie Meyer was filled with official news about who will be working on Breaking Dawn.

Part of this puzzle confirmed was Bill Condon, the newcomer director to the series of books and movies of which three of four have already been made and each by a different director. Summit says about Condon–

Academy Award® winner Bill Condon will direct THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN based on the fourth novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series, starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. The project is currently being written by Melissa Rosenberg with Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt, and Stephenie Meyer producing. THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN is slated to be released November 18, 2011.

Author Stephenie Meyer seems to be an integral part of the creation of each of her books’ adaptations into movies, and I wonder how her collaboration with Bill Condon will result, based on the directorial work of Bill Condon previously. What do you think? How well can Bill Condon interpret Stephenie Meyer’s work?

Condon is propably most famous for his direction of the movie Dreamgirls and he is also rumored to be working on an Aaliyah film.
