Buy Breaking Dawn SoundtrackWhile The Twilight Saga has been a pheneomenom, the soundtracks have been just as successful.

Inspired by Stephanie Meyer’s love for bands like Muse and playlists posted on her website before the movies even came out, soundtrack supervisor Alexandra Patsavas worked her magic.

Out of the 15 acts of the bands on the Breaking Dawn Soundtrack, four are unsigned. How were the songs picked?

For the latest installment, Ms. Patsavas says she and her Chop Shop team of seven people weeded through 2,000 song submissions, then worked with director Bill Condon and editor Virginia Katz to decide on the best fits. Coloring the overall sound: the climactic wedding between the vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) and his mortal love Bella (Kristen Stewart). Ms. Patsavas says she hunted for numbers that could be used (and now undoubtedly will be) at real-life weddings.

I’m incredibly impressed by the Breaking Dawn Soundtrack after hearing it during the exclusive event.  I’ve already pre-ordered the digital version from It Will Rain - Single - Bruno Mars but wish they had a a version on vinyl for collectors!

Bruno Mars’ ‘It Will Rain’ Music Video Delayed

Bruno Mars’ ‘It Will Rain’ Music Video Delayed

Bruno Mars’ It Will Rain music video from the Breaking Dawn Sountrack is delayed in premiering tonight , Wednesday October 26th on MTV.

Bad news, Twilighters: You’re going to have to wait a little longer for the video for Bruno Mars’ “It Will Rain,” the first single from the ”Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ soundtrack.

Originally, the clip was set to premiere Wednesday night on MTV — with a special live-stream event to follow on — but those plans have been put on hold for the foreseeable future because the video isn’t finished just yet.

Mars himself took to Twitter on Monday (October 24) to break the news about the “Rain” delay and to beg forgiveness from all the “Twilight” fans out there.

“Hey guys, I’m still working on the ‘It Will Rain’ video,” Mars wrote. “The MTV premiere will happen in a couple weeks. Be patient for ya boy. Love y’all.”

A spokesperson for Mars’ label, Atlantic Records, could not be reached for comment on the delay, and while the news is sure to disappoint “Twilight” folks, there is a new development that will surely help soften the blow: Even though “Rain” has been pushed back, there will still be a “Breaking Dawn” video premiering Wednesday for Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years,” a song she told MTV News she wrote specifically for the film’s star-crossed protagonists, Bella and Edward.

Aw, s’okay though! We can wait….maybe.  LOL!  We got Christina Perri’s video though and I love it!

We’ll let you know when It Will Rain!

MTV’s Hollywood Crush: ‘It Will Rain’ .. Where Will It Appear In The Breaking Dawn Part 1?

Get More: Music News

MTV’s Hollywood Crush has a new article giving their opinion on where the lead single, It Will Rain, will appear in Breaking Dawn Part 1 -

The wedding
Charlie Swan’s made no secret of the fact that he doesn’t want Bella and Edward to spend eternity together, and lines like, “I’ll never be your mother’s favorite; your daddy can’t even look me in the eye/ If I was in their shoes I’d be doing the same/ Say there goes my little girl/ Walking with that troublesome guy” would make it perfect for any pre-wedding father/daughter heart-to-heart.

Jacob’s goodbye
Oh, Jacob Black! How Bella always breaks your heart! And when Bruno sings “Don’t you say, goodbye/ Don’t you say, goodbye/ I’ll pick up these broken pieces till I’m bleeding/ If that’ll make it right” it could be the perfect song for the dance between Bella and Jacob.

The sex scene
Okay, so the song has plenty of angst about it, but the general romantic vibe of the song may make for just the right soundtrack to Bella and Edward’s bed-breaking love scene.

Do you agree with their predictions? Disagree? Let us know in the comments section!

It Will Rain by Bruno Mars is proving to be an excellent choice as the lead single released from the Breaking Dawn Part 1 Soundtrack. is reporting that It Will Rain has jumped up the iTunes charts -

It was released on iTunes Tuesday and ranked No. 14 as of Tuesday morning.

Mars has said the single (which was written and co-produced by his band, Smeezingtons) will be “dark.”

“The Twilight movies for me [are] a love story. But it’s a dark love story. And I think the best way to describe the song is: it’s the darker side of love. I think that pretty much sums it up,”

I’m absolutely blown away by the first single. I love it, and am not ashamed to admit I have had it on repeat for most of the day! LOL

What do you think of the new single?  Do you think this song is from the point of view of Edward or Jacob? Let us know in the comments section!
