All the women of BD looked great at the MET gala last night. Kristen was beautiful in her saucy, high slit, back out number hey if you got it flaunt it and make the boys want it, sexy but not overdone. Dakota was very feminine in her Valentino dress with the flowers beautiful and age appropriate. Some folks were saying it was kind of kiddie its kind of hard to remember but she is only 17 so I think it was fine.

And Ash wow her silhouette was amazing in this dress that’s what really carries her through because like so many have said you feel like you’ve seen this dress before. I felt the same too even though its supposed to be an original. I mean don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful dress I just feel like it’s been done before. But her hair and makeup are flawless and like I said she is wearing the hell out of that dress she looked great

I wonder if they all hung out too I know there were some reports Kris and Ash having dinner on Saturday night at Scarpetta I wonder if they’re staying Ash’s apartment in NYC? At any rate I hope all the feuding rumors can go and die in a corner somewhere now

I completely agree! Kristen and Dakota’s dresses truly encompassed McQueen and his aesthetic yet in totally different ways! Both girls always wow me. Ashley looked great, but she always does and frankly her dress is just SO snooze worthy generic especially next to Kristen and Dakota. Honestly her dress has absolutely NOTHING to do with McQueen! If anything that dress is the polar opposite of everything Alexander stood for! He was a groundbreaking visionary that was ALWAYS evolving, pushing the boundaries of fashion, and NEVER EVER generic. McQueen’s designs were one of a kind and true ART not just pretty and to be frank that’s all I see here is nothing more than a pretty dress that I’ve seen on a hundred other starlets over the years. He was an absolute original, this dress isn’t. It just looks out of place at an event like this.

I’m not trying to be hard on Ashley, but this is the MET GALA not just some movie premiere or awards show. I actually adore Ashley and think she’s a gorgeous girl, but this is a major high fashion event with very different standards. Its a celebration of the ART form and if you choose to attend then you need to dress accordingly and Ashley simply didn’t do this at all.

I mean yes Ashley played it safe but I mean nothing about Dakota or Kris’s dresses scream Alexander Mcqueen either in fact outside of the few who actually wore Mcqueen to the gala last night everyone was pretty blah and safe take a look at the pictures. As someone who has an interest in fashion production and who’s father invented toaster strudel I have to say its not as bad as you’re saying. No ones dresses were art form that’s actually one of my grievances with the gala this year no one wowed me I mean Giselle’s dress color was nice red gowns always look gorg, Rihanna’s black lacey number was nice too but that hair was fugly had she has her curls not the sideshow bob curls she wore to the brit awards would have been nice, Beyonce’s pucci dress was great too but obviously too tight and the boobage was out of hand she seconds away from breast feeding jay, Blake omg her hair is horrid who told her that color worked for her??? Even SJP played it safe I mean no one was out the box with it. So she fit in because no one stood out.

The dress i itself is beautiful just its been done before she looks elegant in though in the pics of her leaving in that lighting you get to see how pretty it is.

Do you know if Donna Karen also did her after party dress that’s was nice too but i like it cuz it shows her legs and its not halter topped
